Our Strategy

The Four Palms Capital team places a high value on the ability to be nimble, move quickly, and execute PSAs when the right acquisition opportunities arise - those which align the interests of the sponsor and limited partners, and fit with our acquisition strategy.

With an initial focus on acquiring 5-30 unit, value-add multifamily assets in the greater Phoenix MSA, in favorable demand-driven locations and in the path of growth or expansion or urban infill, Four Palms Capital has a clearly-defined investment and funding strategy which allows us to acquire deals within a comfortable buy-box, in order to secure projected returns.

Based on our analysis of the Phoenix MSA multifamily real estate market, we will focus our acquisition efforts on value-add properties in key submarkets that are experiencing or primed for growth. We will look for properties with strong fundamental demand drivers, such as increasing workforce and population growth, new business development, and favorable regulatory environments.

Our fund is structured as a ‘blind pool’, which enables us to seek investments that align with our general investment strategy while remaining nimble in sourcing and executing deals. We take pride in our thorough approach to underwriting and due diligence, and we work closely with a team of professional inspectors, vendors, and attorneys to ensure that every investment meets our rigorous standards.

As an asset manager, we are deeply committed to overseeing the execution of our business plan, and we closely monitor the performance of our properties to maximize returns for our investors.
